Therapy Services

We offer therapy services such as Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy.

 

Medical Social Worker

Social Workers are provided to patients that are in need of an evaluation of the patient's psychosocial status.

 

Home Health Aide

Certified Nurses Aide provide personal care and/or assistance with the provisions of our Skilled Nurse.

 

Laboratory Services

With the order from the Physician, laboratory services can be provided to the patient in the comfort of their home.

 

Podiatry

Podiatry is provided for patients in need of foot care.
